This is an 18" or 16" (1430N) transit wheelchair with swing away footrests and has pneumatic rear wheels. Like all ROMA wheelchairs, this transit 1430 has a very high build quality and is made from quality materials. The attractive chrome steel finish is easy to maintain. This model is crash test approved and comes complete with a progressive and parking braking system.
