Pharmacoll Comfort Plus is an advanced, gelatine-free hydrocolloid wound dressing designed to promote optimal healing conditions through moisture balance and protection. Featuring a tapered-edge design and a semi-permeable polyurethane film, it provides a secure, flexible, and bacteria-proof barrier ideal for a wide range of wound care applications.
Upon contact with wound exudate, the hydrocolloid material transforms into a gel, creating a moist wound environment that accelerates healing, reduces pain, and shields the wound from external contaminants such as bacteria and viruses.

How It Works
When applied to a wound, the hydrocolloid matrix absorbs exudate and forms a soft, protective gel. This gel layer maintains a moist healing environment, promotes autolytic debridement, and reduces trauma during dressing changes.
Change Frequency
Pharmacoll® Comfort Plus can be worn for up to 5–7 days, depending on wound type, exudate level, and physician discretion. It should be replaced sooner if exudate causes the dressing to blister beyond the wound margins.
