Refund policy

DELIVERY

Delivery costs for orders are calculated by the price, weight and volume of the item and this will be displayed to you within the shopping basket as you add items to the basket.

Additional surcharges may apply if delivery is to offshore islands, including Northern Ireland, and to various Scottish post codes north of Glasgow / Edinburgh. Mediworld will seek confirmation from the customer that any adjustment to the quoted cost of carriage is acceptable, prior to dispatching the order.

On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Mediworld is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises us via telephone within four working days from the date of delivery.

We dispatch our orders via Royal Mail and other courier services such as TNT. We reserve the right to use whichever service we deem is most appropriate at the time. If there is any additional charge required we will seek confirmation from the customer prior to dispatch. We anticipate that all deliveries will arrive as specified, however Mediworld cannot accept any liability for any delayed or lost deliveries.

Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address.

Unsuccessful deliveries: Mediworld will hold unsuccessful deliveries for 28 days. If contact with the customer has been unsuccessful after this period we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.

International Delivery

For delivery to non-UK destinations, the carriage price quoted online may not be accurate as additional insurance could be required. Under these circumstances, we will attempt to contact the customer to seek additional payment prior to dispatching the consignment.
