The Roma Elite power chair from Roma Medical is a compact and highly manoeuvrable model designed for users weighing up to 21 pounds. The Reno Elite comes standard with a very comfortable captain's seat and has everything you need to get around indoors and out. Under the seat is a good sized basket that can be accessed while seated. The captain's seat swivels and is height adjustable, and both armrests fold up to make transfers easier. There is a flip-up footplate that can be raised when getting on and off the chair. Thank you to the 250-watt motor and 21-ah battery, the Reno Elite does well on the go. It has a range of 12.5 miles on a single battery charge and when it comes to charging, the batteries can be removed or left in the wheelchair; this is a useful feature if you leave your wheelchair outside as the batteries can be brought indoors for charging. If you need to transport the wheelchair, it can be disassembled into 4 pieces without tools, making it easier to lift into a boot. When used indoors, the non-marking tyres leave no marks. Dynamic Shark joystick controls allow for very manoeuvrable movements, making it ideal for use in tight spaces. The Reno Elite can be turned within a radius of 55 cm.
