Nelson knives have a comfortable design that makes them a good choice for people with a weak or painful grip. Their ability to be used one handed lets amputees and people with hemiparesis after a stroke eat independently. Each piece combines multiple cutlery functions. The handle measures 28 mm (1-¼”) in diameter and 115 mm (4-½”) in length.
